SUBMIT YOUR EVENT
Venture Week is a decentralized, distributed tech conference.
-
It means every event on the Venture Week calendar is independently hosted & produced.
A marketplace of events, in your city, for one week per year.
-
You handle all of the logistics of your own event, as you normally would.
Put your event listing together, and submit it at the form below.
You can submit your event without the venue & other details, but please ensure the event link, date, and title do not change.
(if the event link, date, or title changes, please resubmit your event)
In order to be approved, you must invite Venture Week and add us as a co-host on the event, OR otherwise provide registration data weekly.
*this is straightforward on platforms such as Luma & Partiful, which are recommended, but not required to be included on the Venture Week calendar
-
It’s a great chance to reach a wider audience.
We have a large community and it keeps growing with each new city.
By having your event featured on the Venture Week calendar in your city, you will grow your network, grow your email list, meet new people, and be a part of something that is rapidly expanding.
Our goal is to build a global community, with IRL events in every major tech hub around the world.
Being a part of this is priceless.
Also, why not?
-
As long as it’s for people in tech, business, media, CPG, marketing, real estate, or in the larger realm of business ventures.
Any event format works.
Here are some common types of events you’ll see at Venture Week:
Panels, Networking Mixers, Coffee Meetups, Breakfasts, Brunches, Lunches, Dinners, Happy Hour, Parties, Pitch Competitions, Fireside Chats, Founder Events, Investor Events, Marketer Events, Summits, Conferences, Runs, Walks, Dance Parties, Hackathons, Live Music, DJ Parties, Yacht Parties, Wellness Events, Sport Gatherings, Food, Drinks, Art Installations, or something else entirely.
-
Individual events will draw niches from founders & investors, operators, & developers, marketers & executives, students, professors, and enthusiasts, in different settings, around the city.
As a whole, there will be a diverse network, with many overlapping interests & opportunities, concentrated in one city, for one week.
-
Event hosts/producers can make money from their individual events on the calendar, and Venture Week asks for no money.
Most events on the calendar will be free events, & some will be paid.
Hosts typically make money from sponsorship or other means, but most events are for dealflow, marketing, networking, and relationship-building.
Venture Week doesn't make money from hosts or attendees, but from sponsors.
For this reason, we do require that hosts share the data collected when people register to your event.
This includes names, emails, LinkedIn links, titles, companies, etc., and is seamless with all popular event platforms.
This helps us continue to grow with every event, creating a positive feedback loop where each city has more promo power than the one before.
This snowball effect is beneficial to Venture Week hosts, attendees, & sponsors alike.
We have partnered with studio2U to bring Venture Week event hosts great rates on photo, video, & headshot packages.
Professional content is a valuable asset for presenting your brand, & helping to attract more attendees & sponsors to future events.
